Gail proudly calls North Carolina home and was born and raised in Nash County. In 1988, she and her husband, Hal Perry, moved to Raleigh where she began her successful career in real estate development and sales. Their firm, RE/MAX UNITED began in 1996, and has grown into one of the largest RE/MAX Franchises in the country.

Gail has almost 20 years of experience in real estate and has sold all types of property including new home developments, luxury property, and land. In 2004, she handled 492 transactions, and in 2005 they totaled over 650.
